What do I do after I make an order?
Thank you for supporting! All orders are processed within 3 to 5 days business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.Â

How long will it take to ship my orders?
- Â For preorder items, it takes up to 2-3 months from the last day of the deadline.Â
- For instocks, processing takes up up to 6-8 weeks

Due to the covid-19 situation worldwide, all orders will take longer to be dispatched and shipped.Â

How long will my orders take for it to arrive?Â
My store ships out from Singapore using Singpost.Â
- Â Domestic (Singapore) are shipped via Normal Mail with or without tracking.Â
- Â All International are shipped via Airmail with tracking number.Â

How do I track the status of my order after it is shipped out?

This are all estimates from Singpost. Once your order is shipped out, it is beyond my control. After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking number and details.Â

It has been weeks and I still havent receive my pins!Â

Once it arrives to your country, it is your country post office responsibility in providing tracking information. Please do consider asking your local post office first of you order has taken too long.Â

If your shipping has reached to 3 months or more, and if your local post office has no answers, you can contact me.
Â
List your order number, email address and full home address. I will raise an enquire to Singpost and will get back to you when I hear from them. This process take around 2 - 3 months.Â

Refunds, returns and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at milkygomapins@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more information please read my Refund Policy.

However, should your package be lost or delayed due to circumstances that is out of my control, the cost of item and shipping will not be refundable. Please understand that upon making any purchases, you are accepting any risk that could be incurred due to the shipping mishaps.Â

My order was returned to sender! What do I do?Â
Â
Please contact me directly. I will wait for your package to arrive and will ship it back to you again. Take note that you will have to bear the cost of shipping fee again.
