Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only allowed if the refund is requested within 14 days from the date of purchase and this 14-day rule is only valid for purchases of INSTOCK items.

No refund is allowed if items are purchased using any kind of discount.

No refund is allowed for PREORDER items. Only special cases, such as accidentally making duplicate orders, will be considered for refund on the duplicate order upon request by the customer.

However other reasons such as "change of mind" is strictly not eligible for refund on purchases of preorder items. Customers who insist on refunds using reasons deemed invalid may risk getting blacklisted by the shop.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at my email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â

Can I get a refund if my order has been shipped out?
No. Once it is shipped out, you cannot get a refund.

My order came in damaged! Can I get a refund?

If the damage is caused by mishandling during shipping, the shop is not liable and no refund will be provided. However, the shop tries their best to ensure the safety of your package, your package will be wrapped in bubble wrap or sent in rigid envelope for art prints, to reduce the risk of damage during its shipping journey. However, certain countries have better track record. And other countries, are less careful in shipment. Unfortunately, I cannot help this as it is beyond my control.
